Does the form confirm my appointment?
No. It sends your request to Neya. Treatments, arrangements and a time slot are confirmed during the conversation that follows.
Can I choose several treatments?
Yes. Add treatments to your selection and find them in the form. You can remove them before submitting. Whether they can take place in one appointment is agreed with Neya.
I am unsure which treatment to choose.
You can begin with a request for advice. Describe what you would like and any questions; you do not need to decide on a treatment approach before contacting Neya.
How do I suggest dates?
Include several possible dates or time ranges in the message. They are reviewed at first contact and do not automatically reserve a time slot.
Which language can I use for my request?
The site and forms are available in French, Portuguese and English. Also select your preferred contact language in the form so Neya knows your preference.
Do I need to give a phone number?
A phone number is optional if you choose an email reply. It is needed for a phone or WhatsApp reply; include your country code.
Will I receive a summary email?
Visitors do not receive an automatic summary email. After successful submission, the confirmation page shows your summary for 30 minutes in the browser you used. You can save it as a PDF using the offered function.
Why has an offer in my older selection changed?
Offers may have a limited period or specific conditions. The form uses the current catalogue; review prices and conditions before submitting. Neya clarifies arrangements when contacting you.
